Hello World,

I am a dad of two amazing, wonderful kiddos (Grace and Garrett) and a husband to the best (not bias at all) wife in the world, Caitlin. In my infinite spare time, I like to tell dad jokes and watch my kids grow up. In my not so infinite spare time, I enjoy watching sports, BBQing, taking photos and learning. Which is why I'm starting this blog.

So much of what I've done over the past 13+ years has taught me that I need to start giving back to this community that treated me so well over the years (and still does). This lead me to start co-leading a local Dynamics User Group (DUG) group in Dallas (look us up, we're pretty amazing) and volunteering anyway I can.

Allow me to introduce myself and share my journey in transforming businesses through innovative solutions.

Personal Philosophy and Vision

In both my professional and personal life, I believe in the power of effective communication, strategic thinking, and execution. Building high-performing teams aligned around a common vision is my forte. I aim to be a transformational leader who drives innovation and change while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

As a dad and husband, I understand the importance of balance and efficiency. The same principles I apply at home—setting clear goals, fostering collaboration, and continuous learning—are the ones I bring to the workplace. It's about creating an environment where everyone can thrive and achieve their full potential. This is harder than it sounds by the way. It's something I struggle with day in and day out.

To all the professionals out there juggling multiple responsibilities, whether at home or in the office, it's about working smarter, not harder, and always striving for excellence.

Best,

Dynamics Dad
