Welcome back! This is part deux (click here for read part 1) of the series where I cover Myers-Briggs personalities and where they would line up in D365 land.
Today is "Thinkers and Planners"; known for their analytical minds and strategic approach.
ISTJ - The Inspector (Finance)
Meet the ISTJ, or as DynamicsDad likes to call them, "The Financial Inspector." ISTJs thrive in structured environments, making them perfect for handling the Finance module in D365. They ensure everything balances to the last cent and maintain meticulous records.
DynamicsDad's Anecdote: "Once, I worked with an ISTJ who spotted a tiny discrepancy in a massive financial report. They wouldn't rest until they found the source—a missing $0.03. Talk about dedication!"
ISFJ - The Protector (Manufacturing)
ISFJs are the nurturing protectors, ideal for the Manufacturing module. They ensure processes run smoothly and everyone on the production floor is safe and supported. Their attention to detail and care for others make them indispensable.
DynamicsDad's Anecdote: "An ISFJ I knew would bring cookies to the team every Friday. Not only did they keep the machines running like clockwork, but they also kept morale high!"
INTJ - The Mastermind (Solutions Architect)
INTJs, or "The Masterminds," excel as Solutions Architects. Their strategic vision and problem-solving skills help them design efficient and innovative D365 solutions. They see the big picture and plan several steps ahead.
DynamicsDad's Anecdote: "I once saw an INTJ redesign an entire system overnight. They came in the next morning with a solution that saved us weeks of work. Brilliant!"
INFJ - The Counselor (Business Analyst)
INFJs, the empathetic counselors, make excellent Business Analysts. They understand user needs deeply and translate them into actionable insights for the D365 implementation. Their ability to connect with people and see underlying patterns is unmatched.
DynamicsDad's Anecdote: "An INFJ I worked with once turned a frustrated client's vague complaints into a clear, actionable plan. It was like magic watching them at work!"
Dad Joke (thanks for making it this far)
What did one toilet say to the other? You appear a bit flushed.
Stay tuned for Part 3, where we'll meet the Creators and Doers.
Get ready,
DynamicsDad
